Autex is New Zealands Premium brand of BRANZ appraised Polyester Insulation that has been made in New Zealand for over 25 years. Polyester is the same material as found in duvet inners and jackets, make from recycled coke bottles. It is dust and allergy free making it a very comfortable product to work with and an ideal choice for allergen sufferers.
Product is freight free to all major towns in New Zealand. Free pick up from our Auckland, Napier and Christchurch store.

These products are 90mm thick and offer better sound insulation than non sound rated products which are 90mm thick. These product are commonly used in walls and between floors. The Autex sound solution range is made from a special acoustic variant of the polyester fibre combined with product density to provide an STC reduction of 6-8 STC. Some thicker polyesters have similar or better acoustic properties than these product - please contact us for specific advise on product selection.
